We are lloking for a Kitchen Porter for the Alexandra in Wimbledon. What is a Kitchen Porter? For us, it's a washer upper, a cleaner at the end of the shift, a potato peeler, a salad washer and a delivery taker. The kitchen cannot operate without a good kitchen porter, and ALL great chefs start off as one (all of our chefs started as kitchen porters).
