Chef De Partie

We are looking for a strong CDP who is experienced in a professional kitchen working to the highest standards. This is a very busy gig, everything freshly made in house and we are looking ideally for someone who can just as easily cover a shift on the grill knocking out burgers and fish and chips as they can can a section on a busy Sunday roast day. We are ambitious for our people and if you came in saying that you wanted to in the future be a sous chef and then a head chef, we as a pub and a company have all the tools at our disposal to push you to achieve all of your professional qualifications.

What we look for in a Chef de Partie:

We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or an excellent Commis Chef looking for their next step, who considers themselves to have a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food in an environment that makes people feel welcome. As the successful Chef de Partie you will:

  • Have experience championing excellent service through quality food
