Your Role:

As a host, you'll set the tone for our guests' dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

- Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a smile and a positive attitude.

- Managing Reservations: Handle bookings and walk-ins efficiently.

- Seating Guests: Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements.

- Menu Knowledge: Provide information about our offerings and specials.

- Assisting with Waitlists: Keep track of waiting guests and ensure timely seating.

- Customer Interaction: Engage with guests, answer questions, and address any concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is highly desired.

- Positive Attitude: Thrive under pressure and enjoy interacting with guests.

- Commitment to Excellence: Dedicated to providing top-notch service.

- Team Player: Work well with servers, bussers, and other staff.

- Attention to Detail: Handle reservations and seating accurately.

Skills Needed:

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.

- Organizational Skills: Manage reservations and waitlists effectively.

- Multi-tasking: Navigate a bustling environment with ease.

- Computer Proficiency: Comfortable with reservation systems and technology.

- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve guest issues promptly.

- Safety Knowledge: Understand workplace safety procedures.

Physical Requirements:

- On Your Feet: Able to stand and walk throughout the shift.

- Hands-On: Reach, lift, bend, stoop, and wipe continuously.

- Personal Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness, including frequent hand washing.
