Arabica was born out of a passion for the food of the Levant - The sun drenched lands of the Eastern Mediterranean.

We’ve travelled extensively through the fertile valleys of Jordan, mountain villages of Lebanon and vibrant cities of Beirut, Istanbul, Tel Aviv, and Jerusalem. to procure the finest middle-eastern ingredients. We draw inspiration from a culinary kaleidoscope of delicacies discovered on our adventures, to recreate the deliciousness that epitomise the breadth of flavours, colours and textures of one of the world’s most exciting food cultures.



We are searching for a warm and welcoming, articulate General Manager with a passion for quality food and beverages, with a drive to excel in the hospitality industry to Lead The Arabica Team

Arabica is set in the heart of London where we are loved by people from all over London and the UK. We are now looking for our next Leader to help us drive, push forwards our already popular businesses. We pride ourselves on dynamic and seasonally driven menus. The menus are driven by fresh quality products for every season. 

We envision our ideal candidate to be a person that will have, an outgoing, energetic and strong floor presence. It would be a person with a very strong self motivational drive, with a their own ability to multitask. They would be a person that loves nurturing and developing their teams to achieve goals and career developments. 

We would require some track record of previous teams developments. A minimum of 2 years experience in a fast paced environment. WSET level 2 is preferred, but not essential. Financials are a big part of any business and we would need to see you have a strong understanding and a track record to back it up.

We promise that you will be surrounded with like minded individuals that have a strong passion for this industry. We will ensure to develop you in the areas that you are not as confident and we will look to develop you in your career.
