The Mission: To lead the front-of-house team, orchestrating a seamless restaurant operation while ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently delivered.

The Role

As our Restaurant Manager, you are the heart of the floor. You aren’t just managing shifts; you are a role model and mentor who anticipates guest needs before they even arise. You are the key link between our staff and the management team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning the Floor: Overseeing the restaurant to ensure the team provides quick, efficient, and professional service at all times.

  • Building the Team: Identifying training needs and actively coaching staff to help them succeed.

  • Setting the Standard: Managing the setup and breakdown of the restaurant to ensure it always meets our high policies and standards.

  • Driving Growth: Leading the team to maximize sales through expert upselling and attentive service.

  • Solving Problems: Acting as the first point of contact for guest feedback and resolving any issues with professional grace.

  • The Tech & Prep: Running the pre-service "huddles" to brief the team on specials and mastering the POS (Lightspeed) system.
