Head Chef responsibilities 

      •     Manage all daily kitchen operations

      •     Lead and inspire the kitchen team to maintain high culinary standards

      •     Assist the Executive chef with menu development and seasonal specials

      •     Ensure all dishes are executed consistently and beautifully

      •     Oversee stock management, ordering, and food cost control

      •     Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene practices

Head Chef About You

       •     Previous experience as a Head Chef or you could be a ambitious Strong Sous Chef ready to step up we have a fantastic training and

                       development & supportive operations team to develop into a Head Chef

      •     Excellent leadership and communication skills. 

                       Work collaboratively with General Manager & Executive Chef 

      •     A passion for Mediterranean flavours and fresh, vibrant cooking

      •     Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

      •     A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
