Role Description:
As a Field Marketing Activation Manager, you will play a crucial role in elevating a cluster of hotels within Greece & Cyprus by implementing innovative social-first content generation strategies and establishing strong partnerships. Your primary focus will be on engaging the local community, influencers, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to drive brand awareness and increase the hotels' visibility.

  • Develop captivating content, partnerships, and events to bring hotel stories to life, with a focus on the impactful icon hotel(s) within a cluster of hotels.
  • Drive content generation for the hotel cluster, specifically highlighting the icon hotel(s).
  • Increase visibility and awareness of the hotel cluster, with a key emphasis on the icon hotel(s).
  • Manage social media presence for the hotel cluster.
Responsibilities of Field Marketing Activation Manager 
  • Drive social-first content generation, strategic partnerships, and influencer relations to bring the cluster of hotels to life and enhance our brand positioning, with a primary focus on the icon hotel(s).
  • Create innovative and engaging content for the cluster of hotels, ensuring accessibility for distribution through the asset manager.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive activation plan for the icon hotel(s) and new openings within the cluster.
  • Cultivate relationships with local influencers and content creators to boost visibility for the hotels and collaborate on exceptional content creation.
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram) for the hotel cluster, including community engagement and content publishing.
  • Activate the defined brand territories through impactful content, strategic partnerships, and memorable events within the hotel cluster.
  • Serve as the brand representative to ensure all hotels in the cluster align with the brand identity and maintain brand compliance, particularly in digital presence.

Requirements
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Advertising, Journalism, PR/Communications, Marketing or similar
  • Minimum experience:
    • Minimum 3 years in a Consumer PR or Social Media role
    • Experience in hospitality is a plus
    • Experience and understanding of influencer marketing
    • Expertise in various social entertainment formats (written, imagery, audio, animation) 
    • Experience within a role requiring project management
  • Up-to-date knowledge of PR and Social Media best practices
  • Proficiency in Social Media tools such as Sprinklr 
  • Creative mindset with a clear understanding of effective content
  • Language skills: Fluency in English and Greek – both written and spoken
