E-Commerce Manager - Artfarm Retail
- Base Salary of £45,000 - £48,000 per annum + 10% Discretionary Bonus
- 42.5 hours per week, hybrid working available, some travel may be required

As the E-Commerce Manager, you will drive our digital revenue by managing daily operations, analysing performance, and optimising customer journeys. Collaborating with teams in retail, marketing, and operations, you will create an outstanding online experience.
In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you'll oversee the entire e-commerce operation at Artfarm, shaping strategy, managing budgets, and optimising user experience. Success in this position requires a commercial focus, data-savvy skills, and a passion for driving growth across premium retail brands.
This is a hybrid full-time position with an expectation to attend our head office based in Mayfair, London, 2-3 days per week after a settling-in period.

What makes the perfect E-Commerce Manager?
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar ecommerce role within f&b, premium/luxury preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify and Woocommerce.
- Strong experience using WordPress.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and Excel.
- Preferred experience using Adaco and/or other stock management systems.
- Understanding of CRM, retention strategies, and customer lifecycle.
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering sales growth.
- Analytical thinker with experience in forecasting, planning and reporting.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
