Commis Waitress/Waiter – Luxury Hotel
We are recruiting for a casual Commis Waitress/Waiter to provide quality service to our guests, in line with the Forbes Five Star standards and The Red Carnation Hotels standards.
Location: Cong, County Mayo, Ireland .
Employment type: Casual.
Working pattern: 5 days over 7 days (including some weekends & Bank Holidays) and 2 days off.

We are seeking Waitress'/Waiters across our dining outlets:
- Cullen's at The Cottage
- The Drawing Room
- Connaught Room
- The Dungeon
Your main responsibilities as a Waitress/Waiter will include providing our guests with a seamless dining experience, taking orders, recommending dishes and liaising with the kitchen carefully to ensure an excellent service.
What are we looking for in a Waitress/Waiter?
- Previous experience in a similar role in a 5 star property is desirable.
- Organised and strong attention to detail.
- Display a polite and professional attitude at all times.
- Be an excellent team player and enthusiastic in delivering excellent customer service.
- Be flexible to work shift patterns, including mornings, late afternoons and weekends.
