Description

The Food Hall Co. creates culinary and entertainment destinations which offer a platform for chefs, restauranteurs, mixologists, brewers, and entertainers to bring their craft to an engaged local community, all under one roof. The Food Hall Company’s first property, Legacy Hall, opened its doors late 2017 in Plano, Texas.

 

Now Open, the multi-level Assembly Food Hall complements and rounds out the downtown Nashville experience. The over 100,000 square-foot project will be a central gathering place with over two dozen eateries and bars, two full-service restaurants, a rooftop live music venue and a fun, energetic vibe that will draw visitors from across the region.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking Hall Guides:

Hall guides must be familiar with our hours of operation, menu items, price range, directions, and contact information. Greeter should also be able to provide directions to the food hall upon request

.

Objectives:

  • To ensure guests questions are answered promptly.
  • Represent the Assembly Food Hall brand well and give every guest the attention they deserve.
  • Be the most informed person in the building about Assembly Food Hall and each stall vendor and events happening each week.

Responsibilities: (To include, but not limited to)

  • Genuine Friendliness – greeting all guests in such a way to make them feel welcome.
  • Greeting and interacting with all guests and co-workers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work. Proper uniform should be worn always while in work areas.
  • Respond to guest questions in a friendly and enthusiastic tone.
  • Keep floors and aisle ways clean and free of debris.
  • Provide guest “right of way” and assist guests’ directional needs to any of our individual food hall areas.
  • Assist with operational needs when necessary.
  • Provide genuine hospitality to all guests.
  • Understand and apply proper phone etiquette.
  • Knowledgeable of Assembly Food Hall floor plan for prompt way finding direction.

Qualifications:

  • Fun, energetic, and professional attitude always while working.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to provide accurate information to guests both in person and over the phone.
  • Answer calls; taking messages or placing calls on hold when appropriate.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations with a positive attitude.
  • Must be available for all shifts, including weekends.
