We partner directly with local producers and world-renowned chefs to create bespoke dishes that meet the highest standards of freshness and flavour. Whether it's fine dining at 35,000 feet or luxury meals onboard Eurostar, our mission is simple: deliver exceptional food, every time.

The role is to support the kitchen team in preparing, assembling, and maintaining high-quality food products in a clean, safe, and efficient environment during night operations. The Kitchen Assistant ensures a smooth workflow by assisting chefs, maintaining hygiene standards, and handling deliveries and storage as required.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist chefs with food preparation and portioning tasks

  • Assemble and pack food items according to production requirements

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen and work areas

  • Follow food safety, allergen, and health & safety guidelines at all times

  • Support with receiving and correctly storing incoming deliveries

  • Keep workstations, equipment, and storage areas clean and well-organised

  • Report any issues, shortages, or quality concerns to the Night Supervisor

  • Carry out other reasonable tasks as required to support kitchen operations

Skills & Experience Required
  • Basic understanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions

  • Good time management and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

  • A reliable, flexible, and team-focused attitude

  • Physically able to carry out manual tasks and stand for long periods
