Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences, including warm, attentive snack and beverage service onboard
• Proactively engage with visitors by offering information, scenic highlights, and view commentary
• Ensure all operational procedures are delivered to standard as per training on every tour
• Work across all guest areas including the onboard bar, front of house, reception, retail, and box office
• Constantly strive to exceed guest expectations and contribute to the overall atmosphere
• Assist managers with admin duties, safety reporting, and daily delivery of the attraction

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer-facing, hospitality, or visitor attraction roles
• Friendly, engaging communicator with a flexible and proactive attitude
• Comfortable working on a boat and in a variety of weather conditions
• Willing to take part in safety training and support emergency procedures
• DBS clearance required
• A passion for tourism, hospitality, and delivering memorable moments
