Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service on the boat and quayside

  • Efficiently manage ticket sales and admissions, ensuring smooth boarding and departure processes

  • Monitor and manage guest flow safely and fairly, maintaining orderly queue systems

  • Engage proactively with visitors, sharing attraction information and scenic highlights

  • Assist with retail and food & beverage sales, helping to exceed sales targets

  • Support administrative tasks including bookings, enquiries, and daily reporting

  • Promote and uphold all health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff

  • Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive atmosphere and deliver an exceptional experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in hospitality, tourism, or visitor attractions

  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with good administrative skills including ticketing and basic IT

  • Ability to stay calm and empathetic in a busy, fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts outdoors on the riverfront and onboard

  • A true team player with enthusiasm for tourism and delivering memorable moments
