Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service on the boat and quayside
Efficiently manage ticket sales and admissions, ensuring smooth boarding and departure processes
Monitor and manage guest flow safely and fairly, maintaining orderly queue systems
Engage proactively with visitors, sharing attraction information and scenic highlights
Assist with retail and food & beverage sales, helping to exceed sales targets
Support administrative tasks including bookings, enquiries, and daily reporting
Promote and uphold all health and safety procedures, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff
Collaborate effectively with team members to create a positive atmosphere and deliver an exceptional experience
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in hospitality, tourism, or visitor attractions
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with good administrative skills including ticketing and basic IT
Ability to stay calm and empathetic in a busy, fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work varied shifts outdoors on the riverfront and onboard
