About the job
Our Restaurant Managers report to the restaurant’s General Manager and lead our front of house on a day-to-day basis, coaching staff to be the greatest hosts in the industry.
As a Restaurant Manager at Sticks’n’Sushi, you are:
· Living our culture and coaching our teams
· Leading our hospitality from the front
· Listening to your guests and improving what we do
· Protecting our business by ensuring our standards, policies and procedures
