The role of Bartender:      

• Guide guests through their visits, offering warm, genuine hospitality and bespoke recommendations to create a truly memorable experience.
• Support and inspire junior bartenders, barbacks and the cocktail waiting team, fostering strong collaboration between bar and floor, with a culture of excellence and continual development.
• In-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, their history, ingredients and mixing techniques; of spirits, liqueurs, bitters and other components; of wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Meticulous eye for detail in presentation to meet the highest standards of craft and aesthetic – glassware, garnishes, temperature, and aroma.
• Responsible for bar preparation and stock maintenance before and during service, always maintaining an immaculate bars dress.
• Hands-on role in the development of our seasonal menus, refining classics and contributing to the creation of original serves that embody the identity and innovation of our bar.
