The role of Cocktail Waiter:

• Act as the link between the bar and the floor, translating the skill and artistry of our bartenders into an exceptional guest experience.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and flavour profiles, offering thoughtful cocktail recommendations - be proud to serve what we're proud to create!
• Bring energy, professionalism, and personality to every shift – you’re our greatest assets!

What you'll bring:

• A minimum of one year's experience in a similar role within a cocktail bar or drinks-led restaurant.
• A genuine passion for cocktails, with a strong knowledge of the classics, their history, and preparation techniques.
• Confidence, charisma, and a natural ability to make guests feel welcome and valued.
