The role of a Floor Manager:                                                                            

• Support senior management with leading the front of house team, undertaking specific responsibilities for a smooth running of the shift. 
• Monitor and uphold the highest standards of presentation and service, also handling guests’ complaints and queries. 
• Train, develop and supervise team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.   
• Bar Americain is an evening cocktail bar - this role will work primarily evening shifts, often finishing after midnight - please bear this in mind when applying.                                                          

As Floor Manager, you'll bring:                                                       

• Mature work approach in a similar setting, leading the team positively and with sense of collaboration. 
• Knowledge of service standards and a basic financial awareness – you’re our greatest asset!
