What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in large volume hospitality, whether that's stadiums, events or the local pub!
A true team player with a positive, proactive attitude
A friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine love for hospitality
Ability to stay calm, organised, and positive during busy services
Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support the wider venue
Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
Attention to detail and pride in delivering great service
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak event times
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering fast, friendly, and memorable bar service in a high-energy rooftop environment
Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine to brand and spec
Engaging with guests to create great experiences and keep the atmosphere buzzing
Working efficiently during high-volume services, parties, and special events
Maintaining a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar at all times
Following all licensing, health & safety, and hygiene standards
Supporting the wider team to keep service running smoothly
Bringing positive energy, professionalism, and pride to every shift
