Executive Personal Assistant

Location: Head Office, Moreton-in-Marsh
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Full Time | Permanent

About Us:

At Barons Eden, we are a collection of award-winning spa and hotel destinations, committed to delivering exceptional experiences. Our mission is to treat every guest as a friend of the family, creating positive and memorable moments during their stay. We value individuality, flair, and operational excellence, fostering a close-knit team that champions passion and positivity.

About the Role

We’re looking for a confident Executive Personal Assistant to join our Head Office team in Moreton-in-Marsh. In this pivotal role, you’ll be supporting the Chairman and Board of Directors, helping to ensure the seamless operation of Board activities and communications.

As our Executive PA, you will be the central point of contact for the Board—coordinating diaries, managing key meetings, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve high-level administrative tasks, complex scheduling, and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a dynamic and growing organisation. You'll play a vital role in shaping the effectiveness and efficiency of our Board, all while being part of a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary.
  • Celebrate your work anniversaries with a Complimentary Spa Day at Hoar Cross Hall or Eden Hall.
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program.
  • Free parking on-site.
  • Discounts on overnight stays and spa days for you and your guests.
  • Discounts on food, drink and retail across our venues.
  • Comprehensive induction and training program.
  • Pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel for Board members
  • Organise Board meetings: logistics, agendas, and accurate minute-taking
  • Prepare and format professional reports, presentations, and Board papers
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Draft and respond to correspondence on behalf of the Board
  • Coordinate internal events and corporate functions
  • Produce a monthly internal newsletter
  • Track action points, manage budgets, and support expense claims
  • Provide ad hoc support to other senior executives as needed
What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience supporting senior leadership or a Board of Directors
  • Outstanding organisational skills with great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy

Additional Information

  • Full-time role: 40 hours per week.
  • Location: Based at Head Office, Moreton-in-Marsh

People say you can’t choose your family, well we choose you to be part of ours.
