We are seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our Adelaide Restaurant, Covent Garden. We bring authentic, regional Spanish flavours and tapas to the heart of London. Think tortilla, padron peppers, iberico ham, a daily fresh fish counter and daily changing specials boards. With no reservations and no tables to serve, the high bar top and open-kitchen ensure an energetic, true Spanish theatrical dining experience.
