We are looking for a positive and talented Chef de Partie to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional culinary team at Barrafina Restaurant in the heart of Covent Garden, London

The guests eat and drink on a beautiful marble-topped bar where and watch the chefs at work. The front of house teams work around the bar, creating an energetic and uniquely enjoyable service

The cuisine is authentic and exceptional, our Chefs create a new menu daily based on the freshest produce that comes through the door

Barrafina also hosts a quarterly event, Barrafina Invita showcasing the exceptional culinary talent from all over Spain and the rest of the world

The Chef de Partie role:

• One year experience of a high-volume, quality Restaurant kitchen in a similar role
• Run sections and have good knife skills and filleting experience
• Passionate about Mediterranean Cuisine and Seasonality
• Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own career development is a must
• Excellent knowledge of ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
• Positive and kind attitude in the kitchen
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
• A passion for hospitality and your own development is a must
