Assistant Restaurant Manager, Barrafina, Adelaide St
The Restaurant:
Barrafina is a Spanish tapas bar, led by Executive Head Chef Angel Zapata Martin. The restaurant has an open kitchen with a beautiful marble topped bar where guests can sit and watch the chefs at work. The menus comprise authentic regional dishes from Spain, and daily specials menus unique to each location. The wine list features the finest Spanish sherries, Cavas and wines. Barrafina Soho has held a Michelin star since 2014.
The restaurant consists of c30 covers and averages between 100-120covers/service. We are open for lunch (12-3) and dinner (5-11), Monday to Sunday. The service style is informative but casual with the emphasis being to ensure every guest leaves having had their expectations not only met but exceeded. We know how to have fun and we like to bring this vibe to the floor.
The Role:
• Assistant Restaurant Manager
• Consistently delivering best in class service and ensuring that the guests needs are met
• Act as a Barrafina brand ambassador
• Take ownership of the restaurant during service
• Ensure that all health and safety records are maintained
• Ensure delivery of stock GP% through weekly stock takes
• Be proud
