The Restaurant:

Parillan is the new restaurant from Michelin star-awarded Barrafina, due to open in May 2019 in London's King's Cross.

The terrace will have over 100 covers and boast table top grills on which guests will cook their own amazingly sourced seafood, meat and vegetables. The service style is informative but casual with the emphasis being to ensure every guest leaves having had their expectations not only met but exceeded. We know how to have fun and we want to bring this vibe to this new, very exciting project.

The Role:

• Consistently delivering best in class service and ensuring that the guests needs are met
• Act as a Parillan brand ambassador
• Take ownership of the restaurant during service
• Ensure that all health and safety records are maintained
• Ensure delivery of stock GP% through weekly stock takes
• Be proud
