We are looking for a Commis Chef to join Harts Group as part of our kitchen team at Barrafina, Coal Drops Yard, Kings Cross.

Barrafina is a group of 4 Spanish tapas bars in central London. Each has an open kitchen, a beautiful marble-topped bar where guests sit and watch the chefs at work. The chef team and the wait team work together around the bar, creating an energetic and uniquely enjoyable service.

The Commis Chef role:

·        Experience as a prep chef, chef, or commis chef in the hospitality industry, in London

·        A passion for quality ingredients and learning a cuisine

·        Work with respect and kindness for your colleagues

·        Prepare a kitchen section for service, keeping tidy and clean

·        Fun-loving and hard-working Commis Chefs
