Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a talented Restaurant Manager to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional Barrafina Restaurant team in the heart of Kings Cross, London.

Barrafina is a highly awarded Modern Spanish tapas bar Restaurant in London, serving the highest quality seasonal ingredients and wines and sister to our Michelin Starred Restaurant. The guests eat and drink on a beautiful marble-topped bar where and watch the chefs at work. The front of house teams work around the bar, creating an energetic and uniquely enjoyable service.

The Restaurant Manager Role:

• One year experience in a Restaurant Manager role in a high-quality restaurant
• Managing the daily operation of the Restaurant and supporting the team within it
• Deputising for General Manager
• A kind, warm and positive attitude
• Strong communication & team motivator
• Help to train and develop new team members
• Talent and dedication to deliver exceptional guest experience
• Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
• Responsible for a safe opening and closing of the restaurant
• Strong team ethic always showing respect and empathy for your colleagues
• A passion for the hospitality Industry and your own career development is a must
