We are looking for a talented Assistant Restaurant Manager to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional Barrafina Restaurant team in the heart of Kings Cross, London.

The guests eat and drink on a beautiful marble-topped bar where and watch the chefs at work. The front of house teams work around the bar, creating an energetic and uniquely enjoyable service.

The Assistant Restaurant Manager Role:

• 1 year experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager role in a high-volume, quality restaurant
• Help to train and develop new team members
• Cashing up and end of day reporting
• Managing the daily operation of the floor and supporting the team within it
• Managing and exceeding guest expectations
• Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
• Be the face of the brand known for its warm welcome and guest care
• Design and hold inspiring and informative briefings
• Responsible for a safe opening and closing of the restaurant
• Good knowledge of our menus, ingredients, and allergens
• Strong command of English language
• Adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
• Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues
• A passion for the hospitality Industry and your own development is a must
