We are looking for an energetic and brilliant Restaurant Manager to join Harts Group as part of our exceptional team at our Michelin Starred Barrafina Restaurant in the heart of Soho, London.

Barrafina is a Spanish Restaurants and tapas bar, Dean Street has held a Michelin star since 2014. We have five Barrafina locations in London, Coal Drops Yard in Kings Cross, Adelaide Street, Drury Lane in Covent Garden and Soho. Each restaurant has an open kitchen, a beautiful marble-topped bar where guests can sit and watch the chefs at work on stylish red leather stools. The a la carte menus comprise authentic regional dishes from around Spain. The succinct wine list features the finest Spanish sherries, Cavas and wines.

 

 

The Restaurant Manager Role:

  • 2 years’ experience in a Restaurant Manager role in a high-quality restaurant
  • Positively lead our teams and support all managers with training
  • Recruit, develop and inspire our teams
  • Communicate effectively and clearly all times
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and licensing regulations
  • Great understanding of wastage, stock management, costings, and GP
  • Deputising for General Manager
  • A kind, warm and positive attitude
  • Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service
  • Ensure exceptional quality food and drink is consistently delivered
  • Responsible for a safe opening and closing of the restaurant
  • Strong team ethic always showing respect and empathy for your colleagues
  • A passion for the hospitality Industry and your own career development is a must
