Description

  - This is a Monday to Friday position with no work required on weekends or bank holidays. -  

We’re a multi award-winning contract catering company, with a team of trained foodies serving over 45,500 satisfied customers every day. We now have an exciting opportunity for an Event & Booking Assistant to join our team.

Duties include:

  • Manage and update the restaurant’s Instagram page with high-quality posts, stories, and reels
  • Plan and schedule social media content to promote menu items, events, and offers
  • Respond to messages and engage with followers to build community
  •  Receives and welcomes all guests or contractors and directs them appropriately.
  •  Manages the meeting room booking system
  •  Establish good working relationships with internal staff and clients
  •  Liaise effectively with all individuals and teams to ensure that all booking requirements are scheduled and authorised
  •  Support the Event & Marketing Manager to delivery functions as required
  •  Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for senior management
  •  Manage department inbox and correspondence (e-mail, Teams calls, packages etc.)
  •  Creates and updates records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  •  Tracks stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  •  Assists colleagues whenever necessary

You’ll have experience working in an office or an events-based environment and have exceptional communication skills both verbally and written. Your polite, friendly and positive attitude combined with essential office IT skills (including excel) make you a great fit for our team.
