We are currently looking for a passionate Night Concierge, to join our Basil Street team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

As a Night Concierge, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Be present in the lobby when require in order to greet and assist guests in a polite and friendly manner in line our LQA & AA Standards
• Ensure that all ad-hoc information provided to the guest is correct and reliable
• Be familiar and up to date with hotel offers and services (special packages, etc.)
• Maintain confidentiality of guests at all times
• Anticipate guest needs and to use available knowledge in order to exceed guest expectations
• Maintain a positive approach at all times, especially when handling any issues or guests
