The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruitment efforts of the Bastion Collection. This person will track the hiring process of all open positions until filled. The Recruiting Coordinator will keep a pulse on each location's staffing needs to ensure that timely and accurate job posts are advertised. Through actively sourcing potential applicants and creating a smooth on-boarding, this person will have a positive impact on recruitment and retention.
