Description

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and service-driven Food and Beverage Director to join our exceptional team of hospitality professionals. This leadership role oversees all front-of-house food and beverage operations, ensuring an outstanding guest experience through high standards, innovation, and operational excellence. The Food and Beverage Director will work closely with the Executive Chef and General Manager to maintain a cohesive, collaborative, and guest-centric environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations across all outlets, ensuring smooth service and alignment with brand standards

  • Lead and develop FOH management and service teams, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and warmth

  • Ensure service excellence through hands-on floor presence, training, coaching, and team development

  • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure menu execution and seamless communication between front and back of house

  • Monitor inventory, labor, and costs to meet financial goals and support profitability

  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

  • Work closely with Events, Marketing, and HR teams to support activations, private dining, and brand initiatives

  • Analyze guest feedback and operational data to implement continuous improvement strategies

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or hotel F&B environment

  • Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop hospitality teams at all levels

  • Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and service standards

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • High attention to detail, guest satisfaction, and financial performance

  • Flexible availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

  • Working knowledge of POS systems and reservation platforms (Toast, SevenRooms, Resy, OpenTable)

  • A passion for hospitality, mentorship, and creating memorable guest experiences
