Bartender – Bar Moon

We seek skilled and passionate Bartenders to join our team at Bar Moon in Post Oak, an immersive cocktail destination where every detail — from design to service — is crafted to inspire elegance, intrigue, and indulgence. Bar Moon is the newest addition to The Bastion Collection, a global leader in fine dining and luxury hospitality with a portfolio distinguished by 10 Michelin Stars and 3 Michelin Keys since 2019.

As a Bartender, you will deliver exceptional cocktails with precision and flair, bringing Bar Moon’s beverage program to life while providing warm and engaging hospitality. Working closely with the Lead Bartender and Bar General Manager, you will help sustain the standard of service that defines the experience.

Your Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and spirits with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to presentation.
• Deliver hospitality that is both professional and personable, engaging with guests at the bar and tableside.
• Uphold the cocktail standards developed by the Lead Bartender, consistently executing recipes and techniques.
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown, ensuring the station is fully stocked, organized, and clean.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across cocktails, spirits, and wines in order to guide guest selections.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the Lead Bartender.
• Comply with all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Support teammates to ensure seamless service flow across the bar and lounge.

Your Qualifications:
• 2+ years of bartending experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, or nightlife.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology, and premium spirits.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in engaging with guests.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-energy environment while maintaining precision and composure.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with a passion for hospitality.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs.
