The venue hosts a spacious 40 seater restaurant, 2 bars, a garden terrace and outside courtyard which can hold up to 350 people. From Sunday Roasts, BBQ dinners, Wedding Receptions to evening drinks, the Button Factory has something for everyone.  

As a Supervisor, you play a key role in the smooth and successful operation of our business. You will lead by example, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining a positive and safe environment for both staff and guests. This position requires a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and support team members during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
• Support and guide team members during shifts, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
• Take charge of running individual shifts, ensuring seamless service and operational efficiency.
• Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for staff and guests.
• Uphold company standards and policies while contributing to a culture of excellence and accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role, preferably in hospitality or retail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.
