Your Impact

Beatnic Supervisors are the front line of management, closest to the overall customer and team member experience, day to day. In order to perform at the highest supervisory level you will be responsible for all Team Member and Certified Trainer responsibilities, while additionally managing each of the following areas: 

  • Opening and closing your store
  • FOH & BOH team performance, influenced by an uplifting team culture and focus
  • Guest Experience
  • Store Maintenance, Cleanliness and Safety
  • Retail and Paper Ordering
  • Daily Reports

What You Bring To The Table

  • Minimum 6-12 months as Supervisor in a high-performing fast-casual operation, or comparable professional experience
  • 1-year, customer service experience is strongly preferred
  • Food + Beverage experience is a plus, but not needed for the right candidate that is willing to learn
  • Ability to learn quickly, in a fast-paced work environment
  • Optimism, curiosity and a strong work ethic
  • Professional and hospitable approach to work, each and every day
  • Ability to maintain knowledge of the food and beverage menus, and effectively communicate and answer customer questions
  • Adhere to all schedules (weekly work schedule, side work schedule, weekly cleaning tasks) in a timely manner
