Bartender

The Beatrice Inn is looking for a professional well season Bartender.
Candidates must possess a strong knowledge of craft cocktails, spirits, natural wine, and a genuine understanding of a high quality, fast-paced experience. We are looking for bartenders that will embody our brand, vision, and high level of hospitality, and act as ambassadors of our food and beverage programs.

We are committed to unique, respectfully sourced and harvested products, and are technique driven. We are seeking individuals who are committed to excellence and working at the highest levels!

We are interested in hiring candidates with open availability, including weekends and holidays, we are open only for dinner
BARTENDERS must have at least four years of full bar experience and thorough knowledge of proper service and etiquette.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Mixing, garnishing and serving all drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the restaurant
- Keeping the bar stocked, clean and safe
- Providing friendly and attentive service
- Upholding service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience
- Taking part in pre-service and post-shift duties, such as setting up the bar area and stations and accurately accounting for cash/credit card vouchers
- Participating in service and beverage education sessions

Qualified candidates should possess the following:
- Great English communication and customer service skills
- Open availability; nights, weekends, and holidays
- Friendly, sophisticated and sympathetic when interacting with guests
- Ability to multitask
- Detail oriented
- Ability to remain composed, calm and cheerful under pressure
- Great teamwork skills
- Knowledge of MICROS
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
