The Beatrice Inn is seeking an outgoing, energetic, experienced hosts/hostess to join our team. This position requires the ability to handle a high volume, face paced environment while upholding our standards of service to ensure a memorable guest experience while upholding a professional appearance. A flexible schedule with night and weekend availability is a must.

Ideal candidates will:
- Plan the seating of the dining room via SevenRooms.
- Oversee the dining room and make it a warm and welcoming place.
- Ensure all guests have an exemplary dining experience.
- Actively take and process reservations.
- Answer incoming calls and questions.
- Assist in coordinating the activities of dining room personnel to provide fast friendly service to guests.
- Genuine passion for hospitality

The Beatrice Inn is the traditional New York chophouse redefined. Owned by the lauded Chef Angie Mar, and her partner Melissa Merrill Keary, the Beatrice Inn is the edgy, underground version of the traditional New York chophouse. Chef Mar’s unapologetic and seductive approach to food is revolutionizing the way New Yorker’s experience meat. Her sommelier’s style to curating meat reads more like a wine list, showcasing the finest meats from around the world. Chef Mar seamlessly balances masculine cuts of meat with feminine herbs and fruit, insists on wet and dry ageing all her meat, serves whole birds and dramatic seafood towers with epic tableside presentation and large format dining, and of course dishes up her award-winning burgers alongside the specialty curated wine list and legendary cocktail bar.
