Role: Groundskeeper
Resort: Belton Woods Lodges

Salary: £9 per hour (depending on experience & to be discussed at interview)
Hours: 40 hours (Full-Time), including weekends & bank holidays.
Relationships: Resort Manager, Maintenance & Grounds team
With stunning views overlooking the championship golf course and distant views of the gently rolling Lincolnshire hills, Belton Woods Lodges is set in 475 acres of private grounds, providing the perfect country escape. Our luxury two- and three-bedroom lodges are dotted amongst tranquil woodland, each is tastefully decorated in a timeless yet distinctive style. Guests have the opportunity to treat themselves to the wide range of on-site facilities including golf, spa and therapies and a choice of dining options which make Belton Woods Lodges a country retreat where you can unwind and forget about life’s stresses and strains.
We are seeking to appoint a Groundskeeper to join our vibrant team in providing quality landscaping work to the beautiful grounds and gardens around the resort.
The ideal candidate
• Being a 'multi-skilled' individual who has previous Grounds experience - minimum x1 year
• Previous experience of operating ride on lawn mowers, vans, quad bikes & various other machinery
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
• Computer literate and a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems
• Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner
• Be a team player as well as an individual worker
• To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times
