Role: Maintenance Operative

Salary: To Be Discussed Upon Interview

Hours: 40 hours (Full Time), including weekends and bank holidays. 

Our management team are looking for a suitably skilled general Maintenance Operative. An ideal candidate will need to be a 'hands-on' individual who is happy to support with a variety of maintenance tasks around the resort and have at least 1 years experience in a similar role. 

Role of a Maintenance Operative

  • Basics in plumbing, electrics, joinery, repair-work, tiling & painting
  • Have the knowledge and ability to use hand tools while carrying out general tasks.
  • Be able to follow basic instructions given from supervisors/ management and carry them out in a timely manner.
  • Ensure awareness and compliance with all Health & Safety work practices at all times.
  • Be able to communicate in a professional manner with guests and staff as this is a guest facing role.  

Hours of work

Monday – Sunday - 09.00 to 17:30

You will also be part of the out of hours on-call rota, whilst on call you are not required to stay onsite but are required to answer any calls that are passed through. Most calls can be resolved by not attending site, but if attendance onsite is required then travel is required. For each call out you would receive £25.00 for the first hour, after the first hour you will be paid your normal hourly rate.
