We’re looking for a passionate and hardworking Finance & Guest Administrator to join us in our first German location in the heart of Berlin!

We have ambitious and exciting plans for the future.

Could you be what we’re looking for?

We’re recruiting for a Finance & Guest Administrator to join a fantastic team and to support with administration duties at our Berlin site. Who loves what they do and is looking to develop their skills within a growing brand, in a high-volume site.

The Role

  • Stock ordering & processing
  • The site management will be responsible for placing orders and receiving and checking deliveries.
  • The site management will be responsible for conducting and reporting weekly stock takes.
  • The Admin Assistant, once checked, will upload all deliveries in to Procure Wizard.
  • The Admin Assistant will keep track of all delivery notes to be verified against end of month invoices, reporting any discrepancies to the supplier and accounts team.
  • Once verified, the admin assistant will report to the accounts team for payment.
  • The admin assistant will also help with keeping track of deposits and returns, as reported by the management team on deliveries.
  • The admin assistant will assist in keeping track of purchasing volumes for retro agreements.

Accounting

  • The admin assistant will assist the accounts team in invoice processing, namely communication with suppliers and dealing with any queries.
  • The admin assistant will report on all patty cash/equals payments, providing receipts.
  • The admin assistant will assist in communication between the management team and accounts in any queries regarding daily sales and payroll

Bookings, Events & Marketing

  • The admin assistant will manage any email or phone call enquiries regarding bookings and events.
  • The admin assistant will help the sales team with any website enquiries, providing translation where necessary.
  • The admin assistant will be the main point of call to take any meetings on site in relation to booking enquiries.
  • The admin assistant will follow the lead of the booking team on matter above to assist in confirming booking for the Berlin site.
  • The admin assistant will provide support for the marketing team when required, including translation and local photography, videos and content where requested.

Working Arrangement

  • Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
  • Based at our Berlin venue
