What You’ll Do
The Team Member's is responsible for delivering a welcoming and efficient guest experience. This role includes greeting guests, taking and fulfilling orders, handling transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized service area.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders and accurately enter them into the POS system
- Prepare and/or assemble orders according to brand standards (if applicable)
- Process cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of counters, service stations, and condiment areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including station setup and breakdown
- Follow all company cash handling procedures, including securing the cash drawer
- Uphold company food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Provide prompt, courteous service and address guest questions or concerns
- Support team members as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 3 months of customer service or food service experience preferred
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Must maintain a valid, unexpired Food Handler’s Card (as required by local regulations)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
