Contract | Full time, Permanent

Could you be what we’re looking for?

We’re looking for a passionate and Head of Gaming & Facilities to join us! We have ambitious and exciting plans for the future.

You'll be a leading member of the property & projects team, working alongside a number of departments.

The Role

  • Monitor equipment usage and implement proactive maintenance programmes that are appropriate to ensure the longest life from each piece of equipment.
  • Carry out regular testing and scheduled maintenance of all arcade and amusement machinery.
  • Support in the installation and setup of all aspects of gaming in a new site opening.
  • Monitor regular system faults and devise a strategy to improve the issues across the group.
  • Understand the financial implications of any maintenance being carried out and make commercial minded decisions.
  • Assist the operations team in trouble shooting problems in house and ensure 3rd parties are used when needed, and for business-critical issues.
  • Manage relationships with all 3rd party contractors, namely AM/PM, Advance & Nationwide
  • Have hands on experience of working with troubleshooting and fixing a range of different arcade and amusement machinery.
  • Monitor and track all annual certificates required across the group and ensure these are kept up to date.
  • Ensure a constant supply of spare ‘Business critical’ parts are readily available around the estate.

Working Arrangement

  • Your place of works is home based.
  • 40 hours per week, as the business requires including evenings and weekends where necessary.
  • Extensive travel across the estate with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Hotel overnight stays as required to meet needs of the business.
  • You’ll work closely with different teams across the business in this wide and varied role.
