The Role

As a Sous Chef you will play a crucial role in assisting the Exec Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, and contributing to menu development. You will have a strong culinary background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities include

  • Collaborate with the Exec Head Chef to develop and refine menu items and suggest improvements to existing offerings.
  • Choose the finest ingredients and maintain inventory to ensure freshness and quality. 
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Address any issues related to food consistency, flavor, or presentation promptly.
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
