Overview: As a Chef de Partie you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion. You will be working as part of a diverse, inclusive and supportive team, making sure each dish is prepared to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Run your allocated section efficiently, ensuring all prep, and service requirements are completed to a high standard.
Work closely with the FOH, Bar & Sales teams to ensure a top-notch customer journey from start to finish
Check stock levels daily, maintain correct rotation, minimise waste, and report shortages or issues to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
Deliver consistent food quality and presentation, following company recipes, specifications, and service standards at all times.
Brief and support junior team members, providing supervision, guidance, and on-the-job training for your section.
Communicate effectively with other kitchen sections and FOH teams to ensure smooth, timely, and coordinated service.
Stay fully up to date on menu changes, specials, and dish specifications, ensuring your section is prepared before service begins.
Assist other sections when required and maintain a clean, organised, and compliant work area, including labelling and food safety standards.
Report equipment faults, safety concerns, or incidents promptly and complete any additional duties needed to support the kitchen.
