YOUR ROLE AS A SENIOR SOUS CHEF
We’re looking for a Senior Sous Chef who is as people-focused as they are passionate about great food. Someone who takes real pride in cooking the very best produce in the UK to an exceptional standard, and genuinely cares about every plate that leaves the kitchen being the best it can possibly be.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the Head Chef in leading the team day to day — setting the tone, driving standards, and helping others grow. You’ll be a key part of creating a positive, high-performing kitchen where consistency, teamwork and attention to detail really matter.
If you’re a Senior Sous Chef with a healthy obsession for chops, a love for simple food done properly, and you’re looking to develop in a company that puts being a great place to work first — while serving some of the best meat this country has to offer, alongside genuine hospitality — we’d love to meet you.
