GENERAL MANAGER Salary up to £76,500 (including bonus)

 YOUR ROLE AS A GENERAL MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced General Manager with outstanding hospitality and leadership skills to join us at Blacklock. Someone who is people-focused, passionate about what we do and how we do it, and genuinely cares about the experience of guests and our team alike.

You will ensure our restaurant thrives culturally, operationally and financially. You'll lead by example, creating a positive environment for both the team and guests whilst driving performance, developing future leaders and maintaining exceptional standards across every part of the business.

  • A proven leader with experience running a high-volume hospitality business
  • Someone who puts people first and enjoys developing others
