What you’ll be doing

-          Completing and recording daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks

-          Supporting and guiding team members or trainees where required

-          General repairs, painting and decorating

-          Basic plumbing and upkeep of equipment and facilities

-          Maintaining pool and leisure areas, including water quality checks

-          Some gardening duties including lawn mowing and upkeep of outdoor areas

-          Assisting with moving furniture and setting up areas as required

-          Managing routine compliance checks (e.g. Legionella, flood boards)

-          Keeping public areas clean, safe, and presentable

-          Reporting issues and updates to management

What we’re looking for

-          Experience in maintenance, plumbing, gardening, or a relevant trade

-          A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to take initiative

-          Confidence working independently and taking responsibility for the site when required

-          Ability to support and guide others

-          Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship

-          Physically capable role (lifting and moving items as required)

-          Flexible and team-focused

Working hours

-          Shifts between 7:00am – 3:30pm & 10:00am – 6:30pm

-          Weekends on a rotational basis

-          40 hours a week – Full-time role

Benefits

-          Competitive pay (depending on experience)

-          Monthly share of gratuities

-          Use of leisure facilities - pool, gym, sauna, steam (off peak)

-          Subsidised staff meals on duty

-          Family discounts on meals and stays (off-peak)

-          Health and wellbeing support

Join our team

A great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is ready to take on additional responsibility, while still being part of a supportive team.
