Bleecker Burger is hiring a talented Grill Chef for their Battersea delivery only kitchen!

Zan Kaufman founded Bleecker in 2012. We started as a food truck and today we have restaurants and delivery kitchens across London.

Our slogan is: commitment to the burger. We stand for cooking the best burgers in an equal world. We are united, passionate, empowering and diverse. In the past years we have travelled to Stockholm, been on a London Brewery Tour with the truck and collaborated with some of the best chefs and restaurants in London.

 In February 2020 we won best burger at the National Burger Awards. We have most recently been listed as “one to watch - good to work for 2022” by Best Companies.

About the role…

Grill chefs are the beating heart of each Bleecker site. They deliver awesome burgers while getting involved in every section of the kitchen. Grill chefs support the GMs to achieve our food standards on a daily basis.

The ideal Grill Chef candidate:

• Has experience as a Grill Chef or worked in a kitchen setting.

• Is happy to get involved in other areas, such as preparation, cleaning and serving customers when required.
• Loves working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and think on their feet.
• Passionate about good food and drinks.
• Deals well with pressure.
