A bit about what you will be doing
We're looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Chef de Partie, with proven experience working on a Josper Grill, to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated chef who brings precision, energy, and a commitment to excellence in every service.
As Senior Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in running your section smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall productivity and high standards of the kitchen. You’ll be expected to:
Take ownership of the Josper Grill and demonstrate expertise in grilling meats, fish, and vegetables to perfection.
Uphold the highest food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with health regulations.
Support the team by working across various sections as needed, bringing flexibility and a collaborative spirit to the kitchen.
Lead by example with your attention to detail, time management, and calmness under pressure.
