Serving
Modern British, seasonal cuisine, alongside Bluebird classic dishes, English
wines and innovative cocktails (from breakfast through to late evening) in our
famous courtyard, café, restaurant, bar, private dining rooms and exclusive

Your responsibilities will encompass meticulous oversight and adherence to all food safety and health regulations, guaranteeing the highest standards of safety and hygiene. Additionally, you'll demonstrate versatility by working across various sections of the kitchen.
