Australian inspired, Bluestone Lane, is quickly expanding from the east to the west coast of America and beyond, makes a difference to our locals' daily ritual, every day. With a keen attention to detail, quality service and human connection, we are looking for likeminded individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate:
Contributes positively to the team environment, works cohesively with others to deliver exceptional experiences to locals
Dials machine in and maintains consistent espresso extraction as per Bluestone Lane brew ratios
Follows Bluestone Lane recipes and presentation standards in a timely manner
Ability to perform under pressure and maintain positive interactions with locals, making them feel appreciated and valued throughout interactions
Reliable and hardworking your teammates can always count on you!
Maintains an organized and hygienic working environment, cleans routinely and restocks as required
Perform well under pressure and maintain efficient, friendly service
Skills and qualifications:
Minimum two years' experience in crafting specialty espresso beverages using a manual machine
Finessed latte art skills and an understanding of extraction
People management and training experience
Minimum two years' experience in a customer service environment and a passion to provide an exceptional service experience
Attention to detail and strong communication skills
Experience in, and an ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) system
